   Tender content: Services of Risk Assessment Report and Security Report of China ENFI DRC Corporation Sarl(see Annex 1: Scope of Services)
   1.5 服务时间： 请提供最 优的服务计划，但报告提交时间不能晚于 2024 年 8 月 31 日。
   Service Period : Please provide the optimal service plan, but the latest time for service completion cannot be later than Aug 31st, 2024.
   1.6 付款方式：预付款 50% ，最终付款 50% 。
   Payment method: 50% of the total price will be paid as advance payment and 50% of the total price will be paid as final payment.
2. 投标人基本资格条件
   Basic Qualifications of the Bidder
   2.1 本次招标不接受代理商投标。
   Agent bidding is not accepted in this bidding.
   2.2 本次招标不接受联合体投标。
   Consortium bidding is not accepted in this tender.
   2.3 投标人需为于刚果（金）当地注册公司。
   The bidder shall be a locally registered company in DRC .
3. 4 投标人须具有 安全机构的相关资质说 明 ， 且为 刚果（金）使馆认可，具有经验的安保公司。
   The bidder shall have the relevant qualification description of the safety agency and be an experienced security company approved by the Embassy of the Republic of Congo).
4. 报名及招标文件获取
   Registration and acquisition of bidding documents
   3.1 报名时间： 2024 年 07 月 26 日上午 9 ： 00 （北京时间）至 2024 年 07 月 31 日上午 10 ： 00 （北京时间）。具体以（ ）以下称“电商平台”发布时间为准。
   Registration time (Tender documents publish time) ： 26 /07 /2024 at 9: 00 am （ Beijing Time ) to 31 /0 7 /2024 at 10 : 00 am （ Beijing Time ） .The release time of purchasing e-commerce Platform hereinafter referred to as "E-commerce Platform" of China Minmetals Group Co., LTD shall be as the criterion.
   3.2 报名地点： 招标人将通过中国五矿集团的采购电子商务平台发布招标公告，符合资质的投标人于 2024 年 7 月 31 日 17 ： 00 下午（北京时间）之前，应通过向投标人的电子邮件地址（ ）发送邮件的方式表达其报名意向，招标人将通过电子邮件地址（ ）向符合投标人资格条件的投标人发送招标文件。
   Registration Place: The Tenderee will publish bidding announcement through the procurement e-commerce platform of China Minmetals Corporation. Bidders meeting the basic qualifications of shall express their intention to attend by sending emails to the tenderer's email address ( ) by 31 /0 7 /2024 at 17 : 00 pm （ Beijing Time ) , and the tenderer will send B idding D ocuments to the bidders.
   3.3 招 标文件 发布 地点 ： 招标人将通过 向潜在 投标人 发送 招标文件。
   Tender documents published place: The Tenderee will send the bidding documents to potential bidders via the email address ( )
   3.4 投标人须在表明其报名意图时，向招标人邮箱发送如下文件原件的扫描件：
   （ 1 ）营业执照或企业在注册国的登记证书；
   （ 2 ）办理人的身份证或护照。
   3.4 The bidder shall send the scanned copies of the following documents to the email address of the tenderer when expressing their intention to attend :
   (1) The business license or the registration certificate of the enterprise in the country of registration;
   (2) The applicant person's id card or passport.
