Tender content: Services of Risk Assessment Report and Security Report of China ENFI DRC Corporation Sarl(see Annex 1: Scope of Services)

1.5 服务时间： 请提供最优的服务计划，但报告提交时间不能晚于 2024 年 8 月 31 日。

Service Period: Please provide the optimal service plan, but the latest time for service completion cannot be later than Aug 31st, 2024.

1.6 付款方式：预付款 50% ，最终付款 50% 。

Payment method: 50% of the total price will be paid as advance payment and 50% of the total price will be paid as final payment.

2. 投标人基本资格条件

Basic Qualifications of the Bidder

2.1 本次招标不接受代理商投标。

Agent bidding is not accepted in this bidding.

2.2 本次招标不接受联合体投标。

Consortium bidding is not accepted in this tender.

2.3 投标人需为于刚果（金）当地注册公司。

The bidder shall be a locally registered company in DRC.

2.4 投标人须具有安全机构的相关资质说明，且为刚果（金）使馆认可，具有经验的安保公司。

The bidder shall have the relevant qualification description of the safety agency and be an experienced security company approved by the Embassy of the Republic of Congo).
