①投标人须为非寿险公司The Bidder shall be a non-life insurancecompany;②投标人或其母公司须具有A（含）以上的国际评级，包括但不限于穆迪、标普、惠誉、AM Best等。The Bidder or its parent company shall havean international rating of A or above, includingbut not limited to Moody' s, S&P, Fitch and Best;③投标人或其母公司2022年非寿险保费收入须不低于3亿美元Non-life insurance premium income of theBidder or its parent company shall be no lessthan USD three hundreds million in 2022;④投标人或其母公司在全球范围内须具有单个项目保险金额1亿美元（含）以上火电项目运营期的承保经验The Bidder or its parent company shall haveunderwriting experiences in operational phaseinsurance programs of coal-fired power projeworldwide with the Sum Insured of more thanUSD one hundred million (inclusive) for singleproject.⑤本项目不接受联合体投标。
